Interface Modification Strategy by Synergy of Functional Groups for MA-Free Perovskite Solar Cells with Efficiency Exceeding 22%

Abstract

In the last decade, perovskite as a star material has shown an excellently attractive to researchers. There is no doubt that perovskite has been widely used in various fields, such as perovskite solar cells (PSCs), perovskite light-emitting diode and so on due to its strong light absorption, suitable bandgap, long exciton lifetime, and diffusion length. Among them, PSCs show amazing potential and there is explosive growth in the past ten years. Up to now, the single junction of the certified record power conversion efficiency (PCE) has been achieved to 25.7%1. Although a high PCE of solar cells have achieved, there are still a lot of problems that need to solve such as poor film crystallization, interface defects, and non-negligible hysteresis2-5.
